The lower floor WC would be better having a window especially in a damp and cool climate like Britain. It needs all the natural sunlight and air circulation. Thank goodness all the other bathrooms have a window.

They went all out on that Autumn bedroom even the lighting made it look misty. Outstanding design. Best house so far!

Avoid this builder

You should check the Sunningdale also. Similar but more spacious and better master.

Good value for the price. On my new build in the East Midlands a house this size is nearly £1m. Lovely location too.
